Due to the impact of COVID-19, it may take longer than usual for your order to arrive. We are working to get your orders to you as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience!
PROCESSING + SHIPPING TIMES
Once your order is received, it will be processed within 2-7 business days, and then shipped from our studio in Carmel, Indiana. Orders should arrive within 2-5 business days once shipped. We recommend allowing 5-10 business days total for your order to be packaged and shipped.
SHIPPING FEES
Shipping is calculated based on your location. We offer shipping through USPS and UPS.
ORDER TRACKING
A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order has shipped. Please refer to the tracking number to check the status of you order.
RETURN POLICY
Items can be exchanged for store credit within 30 days of receipt. Please email hello@shopingategoods.com with your order number to submit a return.
DAMAGES + DEFECTIVE ITEMS
All items are hand-inspected for quality before shipping. On the event that your item arrives damaged or in poor condition, please kindly email your order number and a photo of the item to hello@shopingategoods.com for a replacement. Items are not returnable after a 72 hour time period.
